Brandenburgische Metall Gießerei  Finsterwalde GmbH  (“BMGF”) is a large format aluminum sand foundry that focuses on heavy industrial and military applications. In process to become an EN9100 certified facility for aerospace production.

• Location: Berlin, Germany
• 135,000 sq ft, on 10 acres, with 20,000 ton annual production capacity
• Amerinac identified the opportunity and was able to quickly assess the operation. This is a similar facility to USAC, only 3x the production capacity in the foundry.  The insolvency administrator needed swift resolution in order to avoid a ‘full liquidation.’
• Germany’s manufacturing base was severely impacted by the war in Ukraine – labor and energy costs.  “Mittelstand” businesses with significant leverage are impacted the most.  Many Germany foundries have filed for insolvency in the past year, and are permanently shutting, as banks are unable to provide the necessary working capital.
• July 1,^, Amerinac acquired the assets of “MGF GmbH” from a German insolvency process.  Real estate and M&E purchase price was €1,400,000; plus an additional €1,500,000 for inventory that was 50% financed by Seller.  Total unlevered investment with working capital investment of ~€5M.
• BMGF has ~€5M of working capital, M&E ~€2.5M, and real estate ~€1M
