William Golden – Managing Partner
Bill is responsible for all of Amerinac’s legal matters. Previously, Bill worked as a bankruptcy and restructuring lawyer. After graduating from Princeton University and the London School of Economics, Bill received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law School.
John Wachter – Managing Partner
John focuses on origination and company operational matters for Amerinac. He began his career as an equity analyst, after graduating from Princeton University.
Brian Corcoran – Director, Controller & Operations
Prior to his involvement in Amerinac’s financial reporting and operations, Brian was president of Creative Assembly Systems, an industrial OEM fastener distributor. As Creative’s president, Brian was responsible for covering supply chain management, and supplier diligence across the US, Asia, Europe, and Mexico. Additionally, Brian assists on due diligence of new opportunities. Brian holds a Master’s in Finance from Franklin University.
Kristin Newberry – Director, North American Operations
Kristin serves as Director of Amerinac’s castings and chemical businesses. Prior to this role, Kristin was the CFO of Moses Lake Industries, a specialty chemical manufacturer. As president of USAC, Kristin has a high level of expertise in aerospace and defense quality control and processes.
Kristin is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Kristin is a graduate of New Mexico State University, with a B.S. in Agricultural Business & Economics.
Ben Crunkhorn – Director, European Operations
Currently, Ben is the Managing Director of BMGF, whilst also focusing on investment opportunities in both the EU, and the UK. Prior to Amerinac, Ben began his career with Doncasters, before moving on to Firth Rixson. After Firth Rixson, Ben spent time at SPS Aerostructures and Howmet. Ben is a UK Chartered Engineer (CEng), a Fellow of the UK Institution of Mechanical Engineers (FIMechE), and received his Engineering Doctorate (EngD) from University of Surrey.
Michael Lynn – Director, Primary Metals
As President of Prime Metals & Alloys, Mike leads primary metal operations, investment castings, forging, and physical trading. Prior to working at Prime Metals, Mike held operations management positions with FirstMiss Steel, North American Hoganas, and Howmet Corporation. Mike holds a BA in Economics, with a minor in Industrial Technology from Eastern Michigan University, and an Associate of Science Degree with Metallurgy emphasis.
